The new wave function proposed in this book describes the nuclear coordinates as particles filling the bound energy levels in pairs, while the interelectron coordinates are described as particles all piling into the lowest energy continuum state. This significantly improves upon existing methods, and demonstrates how interelectron effects can be taken into account to a very significant extent.
