Ellison, has been the subject of judicial notice; and the views of the author respecting them have been confirmed except in the case of Hardman V. Ellames. With respect to the decision in Hardman v. Ellames, it has been confirmed by the opinion of the Lord Chancellor, extra-judicially expressed, in the judgment in A dams v.
