IN a late converfation we had together upon the fubjeft of the chrifiian religion, I told you, that befides all the proofs of it which may be drawn from the prophecies of the Old Tefiament, from the nece?ary cob-l nefilon it has with the whole fyfiem of the Jewifh religion, from the miracles of Chrill, and from the evidence given of his refer refiion by all the other apofiles, I thought the converfion and the apofilelhip of St. Paul alone, duly confidered, was of itfelf a demonllration fu?icient to prove chriftianity to be a divine revelation.
