Dear Eeaders: In submitting this feeble effort to the public, and feeling that we are now passing through a period of time when the world needs the touch of a loving hand and the words of a kind voice to soothe the ills of life; as the search for something new is ever before the public mind, I have thought it might not be amiss to write a few leaflets and throw them out on the waves of the ocean of Time srolling billows, hojjing that the thoughts expressed in the following )ages may find a place in the minds of the multitude, and that a few seeds may be sown which will take root and bring forth fruit a hundred fold to the glory of our Lord and Saviour through time and eternity.
