I have been practicing general medicine, emergency room medicine, and psychiatry since 1972 in Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, California, and Texas. I have testified as expert witness in the practiced of psychiatry in prisons, state hospitals, forensic psychiatric hospitals, mental health centers, and regional psychiatric hospitals in probate court, civil and criminal trials in state and federal courts. I was an expert witness for the Michigan Attorney General in Medicaid cases in the 1990's. I gave up private practice to avoid wasting time with insurance companies. I have been the chairman of the department of psychiatry in a community hospital. I have been the medical director of two mental health centers in Indian for a total of 12 years in Evansville, Indiana and Warsaw, Indiana. I have worked at Pelican State Prison, California, San Quentin Prison in California, CSP-S ac in California, I-Max in Ionia, Michigan, and a number of other Michigan prisons, I am here to do no harm, and to help if I can.
