If we are being completely honest with ourselves, we tend to get very repetitive & uncreative in our daily prayers. We might thank the Lord for the day, and then ask him for a few things from off of our "needs" list. Maybe we throw out a prayer for our wife & kids, and maybe on a really "spiritual" day, we even pray for the poor and needy!
