À propos de l'auteur

The Conestoga wagon is a specific design of heavy covered wagon that was used extensively in the late eighteenth and nineteenth centuries in the eastern United States and Canada. It was large enough to transport loads up to 6 tons (5.4 metric tons) and was drawn by horses, mules, or oxen. The term Zen is derived from the Japanese pronunciation of the Middle Chinese word (chán), an abbreviation of (chánnà), which is a Chinese transliteration of the Sanskrit word of dhyana ("meditation"). Zen emphasizes rigorous self-restraint, meditation practice, and insight into the nature of mind. Conestoga Zen Press P.O. Box 1721 Fairfield, Iowa 52556
