Gaoxi Xiao, PhD, is an Associate Professor at the School of EEE, NTU. Dr. Xiao is a member of the IEEE and the ICST.

Peng Wang, PhD, is a Professor at the School of EEE, NTU. Dr. Wang is a felllow of the IEEE.
