The illustrations which accompany this communication will render it simple to follow the several steps of my operation. The first three represent the stages of the operation, while the fourth shows the appearance of the eye when the operation is finished.
The results that have been obtained may be discussed under two heads: (i) the formation of the cicatrix, and (2) the clinical results.
