Synopsis

‘Call Sign Panther’ tells the story of the Battle of Britain as seen through the eyes of a young pilot, Jack Sommers. Arriving at RAF North Weald he must quickly learn the art of aerial combat and adjust to the complications of squadron life. As the threat of invasion hangs over the country the pressure on Sommers and his comrades intensifies. As Winston Churchill said ‘Never in the field of human conflict was so much owed by so many to so few.’
