Synopsis
In September 1997, Sir Clive Woodward was appointed Head Coach of the England Rugby team. Six years later in November 2003, England became the first side from the northern hemisphere to win the Rugby World Cup.
The changes made during those six years were revolutionary, and the result was one of the greatest teams that the world of sport, has ever seen. Woodward had assembled an elite playing squad and a Management Team that consisted of world class specialist coaches, analysts, medical professionals, planning and communications experts and more. Importantly they all operated as one under the leadership model of 'One Team’ and this is their story.
