A propos du livre

Présentation de l'éditeur

Determined to fulfill her dreams, Dolly privately masters her amazing talent until she's ready to reveal it to the world.

She joins P.T. Barnum's circus where she rises to fame but tragic losses and mounting scandals soon surface, causing her to lose what she loves the most...her reign as "Dolly Crystal, Queen of the Circus."

Clinging to the past in her later years makes her a little crazy but she acquires glory through her craziness by savoring her precious memories and creating her own euphoric world laced with magical twists and romantic ghostly encounters.

Biographie de l'auteur

Ida Jack spent many years writing technical material but had a true love for writing stories. Determined to make time for a more satisfying form of writing, she sold her company and retired to the mountains where she has since written several novels. The ghost from her childhood, of an old woman that sat on an apple crate, actually haunted her into writing this story some forty-seven years later. Based on the memory of the old queen, Ida created a fantasy by changing the names and using her high-powered imagination to achieve the final product called, "Dolly Crystal, Queen of the Circus."
