Bob and Melinda Blanchard really do live what they love. They settled in Norwich, Vermont, where they launched the first of eight successful businesses. After decades of entrepreneurship and New England living, they sold nearly everything to move to the tiny Caribbean island of Anguilla. There, they opened Blanchard's Restaurant, a widely celebrated beachfront eatery.
