Joe Downs is a life-long resident of Louisville, Kentucky. He is a husband, father, and four-time grandfather. Possessing a keen knowledge of the workings of this world, a propensity for how justice should work, and his insight and experience in dealing with people provides for this unique novel's twists and turns.
