Sam Skinner is a freelance consultant living in Sterling, Virginia. He received Bachelor of Arts degrees in French and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a Masters in Business Administration from California Coast University. He is a former banker, real estate executive, and Executive Administrator of a licensed Home for Adults. The Moneybag is his first novel.
