Carla Horton, is the mother of two boys, Jullian and Jeremy. Jullian is in college and Jeremy passed December 22, 2001.Carla started writing poetry as a child. A poem called 'Is There', that she wrote at the age of 12, was published in the children's magazine Jack and Jill. In 2000, she had another poem published in the International Library of Poetry book, ' From Silver Fountains', called 'I Cry Because'... and now she has published her first book of poetry titled 'A Woman's Mind'.
