Synopsis

ALAN CLARKE is a part-time tutor on the Open University's Master Degree programme in Computer Science and is Senior Research and Development Officer for Information and Communication Technology and Learning at National Institute for Adult Continuing Education (NIACE). He is Chairman of the Adult and Community Information and Learning Technology Strategic working group for the Learning and Skills Council and author of a number of publications including Computing for Adults, Hodder and Stoughton 1999, European Computer Driving Licence, Hodder and Stoughton 2001 and Designing Com
