Biographie de l'auteur

As a , a Cape Verdean American performance poet is a graduate of Boston University. He is the former owner of the Oasis Art Gallery located in Providence, Rhode Island. He currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia where he spends his time perfecting his art as a writer. As a made his debut on the Atlanta art scene with High Tea, Ramona, and Bad Ass Bitch. He has read and performed his work for The Atlanta Friendship Committee, Barnes and Nobel, Speak-Fire, Black Box, Ying Yang and Out write Bookstore. This is Asa's first publication. He is currently working on a second book, a full length novel about a slave woman's journey to freedom, Cotton Tales: The Life and Times of Georgia Pretty.
