Mark was born in Harrogate in 1979 and attended school in Knaresborough. His degree in Theatre Acting from the University of Leeds led him to his present work with a leading Theatre In Education company. The characters of Aggie and Morag were born when Mark was a teenager, yet came to life in the form of two witches in 2000, when they starred in a charity production for a wellknown Yorkshire visitor attraction. The productions continued annually until 2004, raising much needed money for cancer charities. Whilst writing the scripts for these events, Mark began work on his first book Aggie & Morag In: The Beginning. Thousands of people over those five years enjoyed Aggie and Morag's unique form of live entertainment, and contributed generously to the cause. Sadly, the charity productions have now ceased, but the sale of the Aggie and Morag books will continue to raise money for cancer charities, a cause which is very close to Mark and his family, and to a great many people throughout the world. This is the first book in a series of four, with the adventure soon continuing in Aggie & Morag In: Low Witching on High Seas.
An enchanting tale of adventure, spellcasting and friendship, set far away in Parallel Universe Number 7 and the Realm of the Spellcasters.
