Robert was born in North Wales-during the baby boomer era, son of a designer/draughtsman and former Cycling Champion of Great Britain. The author was raised in a busy home with three brothers and two sisters. A refining moment was when the author had to clear his parent's home after 50 years of occupancy. The families were faced with the challenge, what do you keep? And what should go to the rubbish dump? Observing how different people dealt with the choice of legacy or loss was an inspiration. Educated at Yale Grammar School and Middlesex University. He has harvested many times from life's experience, enjoying the roles as son, brother, father of four, friend, confidant, labourer, driver, warehouse operative, sales executive, missionary, manager, director, chairman, prison officer, group therapist and author. Each role has added its own thread to the rich tapestry of his life. Make Time So You Can Live Life has taken five years to take form and it now sits as the first part of the Brain-where trilogy. Soon will follow Picture the Thought Your Road to Success and Release Yourself From the Prison of Your Mind.
