Gary H. Fowler was born in Martinsburg, West Virginia. He joined the United States Air Force in September of 1959 where he served in Vietnam and completed a 22 year career of honorable service before retiring in 1981. He attended the College of Southern Maryland where he became a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. He is a scientific photographer and been employed with Dyn Corp as a engineering technician for 25 years. He is the proud father of one, a Born Again Christian, and he resides in Southern Maryland.
