Little Ishodor, Jowal's son, guides his generation from the confines of their protective valley out into the open, setting in motion a transformation of their faith along unimaginably creative pathways. Biographie de l'auteur

This work of fiction by Howard Selden, a retired Endodontist from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, stands in contrast to the many scientific papers he authored. He was surprised when the entire plot for The Pariah Stigma came to him one day, and with little change formed the outline upon which the book was built. In addition to private practice, Howard also devoted himself to teaching: he was on the faculty at Temple Dental School in Philadelphia; helped establish Dental Departments in local hospitals; was the Director of the Dental Department at the Muhlenberg Hospital Center in Bethlehem. Foremost among his many interests and activities, skiing has continued as an unabated passion.
