FelipeB. Nery was born in Shanghai to Macanes parents.¿ He attended the St. Francis Xavier College in Shanghai and later the Seminario deSao Jose in Macao.¿ He firstworked for the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corp and subsequently for theShanghai Municipal Council.In1945 he worked as a manager for the U.S. Army Officers' Club in Shanghai.¿ In the early1950's he settled in San Franciscoattending the Golden Gate University and achieving a Bachelor of Science Degree inTransportation.¿ He worked for theCalifornia State Public Utilities Commission for 22 years.¿ He has published "Concealed Identities."
