Synopsis
Lia Kahn is beautiful, popular and destined for success. Until the accident that nearly kills her. Since her family is wealthy, they have access to the most cutting-edge technology: the download. Lia is still alive, but in a new body that only looks human. Now Lia need never feel pain again. She will never age, and as long as she backs up her memories, she can't ever truly die. But she is also rejected by her friends and alienated from her old life. Forced to the fringes of society, she joins others like her. but there are looked upon as freaks, and for this they are hated.
