Biographie de l'auteur

The author attained a B.A. degreefrom Highlands University,a M.A. degree from the University of Santa Clara, and a an Ed.Sdegree from the University of New Mexico.¿ Inhis 26 years of educational services, he served as an elementary, mid high andhigh school teacher, and also served as school principal and Director ofInstruction in all three levels of public education.¿ In all three levels of public education healso served as counselor.¿ He taughtcollege courses as a professor substitute and taught college courses on anextension basis.¿ Furthermore, he was acandidate of the Fellowship Program and later a Consultant for Ford Foundation.
