Who is PJ Pennington? An innovative, prolific writer who builds cultural and human bridges...colorful, gutsy and smart. PJ Pennington attained a M.S. in Human Resources Management and Urban Policy and a B.A. in English and Journalism. Renowned for her effective use of creative media and over 20 years of breakthrough HR practices, her tools help shift entrenched paradigm thinking and ideological tendencies in organizations. Author of Breakroom Blues, Breakroom Blues Exploratory Workbook and Journal, 24-7Peekaboo Street, and soon to be published I'm Glad About It, PJ Pennington has nearly two decades of senior management experience in human resources management, diversity relations and equal employment opportunity. A tireless public servant, she has worked for two Mayoral Administrations in New York City and in several Director positions with both the City of New York and Transit Authority in Atlanta. She is a licensed mediator, executive coach, motivational speaker, facilitator-trainer and playwright who has written and produced several theatrical productions that respond to the critical "new era" challenges in the workplace and social dilemmas.
