Biographie de l'auteur

Kathy Lasseter was born in Guilford, Connecticut, raised in Miami, Florida and currently resides in the Florida Keys. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Barry University in Miami Shores, FL and has been a life-long student of human nature. She has owned a chain of Maternity Stores and has been very active in the Guardian Ad Litem Program, protecting the rights of children. When she is not painting or writing at her Key Largo home, she is active in different volunteer charity groups. Kathy and her husband Ken (a research doctor) have three children and three grandchildren. She was active with her younger son, Frank in creating Frank Keys Cafe in Key Largo. This gourmet restaurant has been listed among the top two hundred restaurants in Florida by Florida Trend Magazine for the last eight years. Currently she is working on a new cookbook and a novel. Kathy believes that happiness comes from giving back and judging only yourself.
