Biographie de l'auteur

Michael A. Brown Sr. was born in Durham, N.C., and raised in South Carolina. So, it is home away from home. He is a people person. He loves people and his joy comes from being around others and making people smile. He is presently employed at Eaton Electrical and he enjoys what he does. He loves listening to instrumental Jazz and Gospel music, and riding bikes. Michael loves cooking, eating right, and exercising. He has learned that it is not how much you eat; it is what you eat that matters. Michaels own and favorite quote, "It is not a option, it is a requirement." Michael's desires is to continue to write and publish more books and to become a motivational speaker.
