Biographie de l'auteur

Karen grew up and lived in Central New York for 35 years. She currently lives in St. Augustine, FL where she raised her three children.After the death of her mother Karen inherited her mother's recipe collection, which she edited to give to her family members. The project grew into this cookbook Josie's Recipe Collection: From Cooks and Kitchens of Central New York.She has a background in critical care nursing, having been a nurse for 25 years. A graduate of MVCC in Utica, New York 1979 with an AAS in Nursing, she is practicing cardiovascular nursing at the present time. She holds a Masters Degree in Nursing.Karen has been writing for a hobby for over 30 years. Her next project is to publish a children's book series and then her volumes of poetry. She has professional nursing articles that have been published.
