Vicki Lay'Ne Baker, is a Minister at United Christian Fellowship in Palmdale, California, where Bishop Kalem Kengga and Kenitra Kengga are the Pastors. She is over the W.O.W. (Wonderful, Outstanding, Women's) Ministry in her church. Outside of church involvement, Vicki is a wife of 33 years and a devoted mother of two daughters. She is certified in the following areas. Professional Life Coach, Certificate for Teacher, Ministry Development, Counseling, Administrators Training, and Certificate of Completion for Intercessory prayer. Vicki has written and directed six plays, including the highly acclaimed "Time and Time Again" and On Assignment I & II" Vicki's was honored by her church as "Woman of the year" for 2007. She is also the proud owner of "Visual Praise Productions." This is a ministry that expresses the word of God through drama, and by bringing scriptures to life. Vicki's primary goal is to be obedient to the will of God and to be available in every way.
