François-Xavier Delmas, the founder of Palais des Thés, is now acknowledged as one of the world greatest experts in the tea universe. A tireless globetrotter, he has been scouting tea gardens around the world on his quest for the best teas for more than 30 years. In 1999, anxious to pass on his expertise to as many people as possible, he founded L'École du Thé, a space for initiation and tea-tasting training.
