For most of his adult life, Stephenmace has been a student of humanity. Why people do what they do to themselves and others always fascinated him. Schooled in histories and cultural anthropology, Stephenmace augmented his formal education with field work and has extensive first hand knowledge of homo-sapiens darker yearnings.Although The Joining is his first endeavor in a science fiction genre; I found the document chilling; and gained a new understanding of just how thin the line between man and monster really is.Reclusive by nature, I have managed to uncover a few details of his personal life. He enjoys archery, poetry and at one time piloted small aircraft.
