I am an Independent Education Consultant with 34 years of actual teaching experience in grades kindergarten through eight. In the last few years, I have had the opportunity to teach grades nine through twelve. I have taught Reading, Language, Science, Mathematics and History Social Science or Social Studies in small and large class sizes. From this experience and my personal studies, I have devised a program to help teachers and students become far more successful as their new school year progresses. The program is specifically designed to help inspire Pre Planning Goals, Objectives and Lesson Plans for the oncoming year. This will give teacher more time to focus on important methods for successful implementation of each meaningful lesson, gather needed materials, and concentrate on the style of delivery they plan to use. Pre Planning is one of the key components of No Child left behind. It enables teachers to spend more time addressing each child¿s specific needs to help them better understand the basic and more advanced skills taught to them. The best time to pre plan is the first 5 or more days that begin the new school year. Teachers usually spend time in staff development and workshops. This program is designed to replace unnecessary workshops and staff developments with little meaning that take up valuable planning time teachers must have to be ready to help students reach their greatest potential and higher. The teacher needs ample time at the beginning of the school year to plan effectively, then use the extra time throughout the year to modify lessons as the need arises, making charts, graphs, grade papers, and minimize stress for clear and creative thinking. This book contains sections for writing quarterly goals, objectives, and lesson plans with an adjustment column for changing or adding to previously written plans.
