A Civilian Contract Support Agent is a person hired for a particular job because of a particular skill, knowledge that is required for the contract. After the contract is completed then that person no longer has a job.However, due to various circumstances the author continued to improve his skills and knowledge and went from contract to contract without any break in employment. He was not always working with the same agency, but was involved with many different organizations.He was out the United States so long that upon his return he foundThat he was no longer in any data base such as the Credit Unions and had a problem getting insurance for his car because he could not prove who he was.Later, in applying for a license to conduct Business Intelligence gathering he found that his fingerprints were no long visible and that he could not be identified as such by the state and the FBI
