Biographie de l'auteur

Mr. Raymond Essang, the author of this book was a restaurant owner in Nigeria who managed and operated his restaurant. It was during the time of his entrepreneurship that he developed experience and interest in preparing African foods. Due to the increased demand for health foods by Americans, he decided to write this cook book.He is also an engineering graduate from North Carolina A&T State University.I admire his zeal and ingenuity for having broken the ice in writing the first West African Heritage Cook Book which is going to be the symbol of African heritage foods in the United States, thus enlightening the world about what our fore parents left for us.
