Kim Mathis Schwartz was born 36 years ago in the beautifully scenic Texas town of Waxahachie. At the age of six, she moved with her family to Crowley, Texas, where she lived until graduating high school. She attended Texas Christian University on a full scholarship and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Music Education. At the University, Kim's mind was opened to many wonderful subjects, such as creative writing, English Literature, World History, Religions, and theatre. Kim was totally immersed in the music department at Texas Christian University from day one and played in the University band. After graduating from college, Kim extended her education at The University of Texas at Arlington, and then film school at The Film Actor's Lab in Dallas, Texas. During this time, Kim taught high school students, teaching music, band, and choir in Texas and English Literature in Los Angeles. While in Los Angeles, she met her husband, and they now split their time between Texas and California. Kim's many interests include writing, painting, acting, music, and a love for all animals, having owned a miniature dachshund for many years. She loves her husband and family, she loves their home nestled in the woods on the lake, and she loves flying single engine airplanes. Her favorite show is the Art Bell radio talk show. Kim loves and treasures her friends and family; her wonderful mother and father live near her Texas home, and she has a very special grandmother, two uncles, three aunts, and many beloved cousins. Her two brothers are also her friends and one of them gave her the most wonderful nephew in the world. Rodney Mathis is a very talented writer and musician. Kim was an actress in her early career and made many low budget horror films before she realized that writing was her passion. Kim has authored many screenplays, two of which are in the early stages of being made into films. She is currently a member of both the Writers Guild of America and the Screen Actors Gui

Dr. Ashley Ravenstone, a beautiful, intelligent woman, whose psychic abilities are the best in the world, is the top agent of the Paranormal Warfare Department. The Paranormal Warfare Department was formed by the Vatican to fight Satan and his evil. In charge is Archbishop Damon, a man well educated in the ways of the spiritual world. A new assignment takes Ashley to Los Angeles, California, where she also finds Bishop Damon, who is personally supervising the case. Her assignment is to search for the person who is killing the members of the Delta Phi Sorority House at the University of California at Los Angeles. One of those found dead was the daughter of an important senator. Using her psychic powers, she follows a lead that takes her to an abandoned lighthouse. There she encounters some members of the "undead" and eventually the murderer himself. She realizes during this encounter that the murderer is one of the "undead" - a vampire. Grazing the murderer with a silver bullet from her gun, he leaves Ashley, stunned, within the lighthouse. Leaving the lighthouse, Ashley travels to interrogate the remaining women of the sorority house, hoping they can reveal his identity. There she learns that five of the women used black magic to raise the dead fianc¿ of one of the sorority sisters. Uncovering bite marks on one of the women, Ashley plans to capture the vampire before he makes his final bite on the woman.
