My specialty is baking, so you will find many recipes of different styles.There is a recipe in here for a Sour Cream Cinnamon Coffee Cake which is one of my favorites. It gets great compliments at the dinners and family gatherings. You can use this book for breakfast to brunch to lunch to mid day snack to dinner and yes even dessert. There is something for everyone.

Iris Willis was born and raise in heart of''West (Philadelphia, (Pennsylvania, She is the only girl with two older brothers and one younger. Her parents, (Ruth and the late Raymond Willis, Sr. always instilled in them the importance of reaching every goal that you set for yourself in life. AH you have to do is reach for it. ''Well, needless to say, Iris never stopped and still is going strong to reach the next level Cooking has always been a passion for Iris ever since she was able to remember. Staying in the kitchen with her mother while meals were being prepared, she never missed an opportunity to help out and learn what and how food was being prepared. This book Prosperity In the Kitchen was something that Iris has had on her mind for many years, but never had the opportunity to put it into writing. She collected recipes from many family members and others she has learned and finally decided in the year2000, that this was her year to gather all those little pieces of papers ana notes she had accumulated over the years and put it into a recipe book Some of these recipes she had to readjust since she does not eat meat, and others for those that she know have health issues; such as (Diabetes, High (Blood Pressure, obesity, etc. Her dream is to have the opportunity to attend a Culinary School and learn as much as possible to be able to serve people the best food ever.Iris feels blessed to be part of a ministry that allows her to be able to serve meals after service every Sunday where she is co-director of the ''Entrepreneur'' Ministry. She is looking forward to writing another book in the near future .She is a mom ,just wants to feed and serve everyone she meets with love.
