Biographie de l'auteur

Dr. Kun Yan is a mother, a wife, a full time physician, and an author. She received her MD from the Louvain University in Brussels and her PhD degree in Neuroscience from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has been practicing medicine in Chicago since 1996. She loves her profession and treasures the opportunities to help people. She realizes that there are still many human health mysteries be solved. She has a twelve-year-old son who wants to be a neurosurgeon when he grows up. Her series, "The Young Doctors Collection", is a fun parade about the history and people of important medical discoveries. She hopes that more children will be interested in medicine and solve more medical mysteries.
