Then consult the personal trainer from time to time as needed.If you live too far away, use this book to find a personal trainer for your special older person. John B. Payne, 54, is a personal trainer certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. John has been a recreational weightlifter since his college days. After careers as a sixth-grade teacher, a petroleum geologist, and a businessman, he has now found the job he always wanted: helping older people stay strong.
