The author feels very fortunate to have been raised in one of the most beautiful areas of the United States and close to the tiny town of Bonners Ferry, voted the most friendly in Idaho,She and her husband have raised a family and are retired. She enjoys various hobbies including furniture restoration, sewing, writing and travelShe feels that a solid faith in God, a sense of humor, and a good mixing bowl have assisted her through many of the rough spots of life.It is also her firm belief that the strength of this beloved nation lies in the heart of our homes.
