Biographie de l'auteur

Siddy L. Coakley is the President of Petsons and associate, an organizational development company located in Miami, Florida. She developed her expertise in reality stress management by helping others to understand that in many ways they can have better control of the quality of their lives. She is convinced that some stressors can be avoided if we plan wisely. She has dedicated the past three years conducting reality stress management workshops. Her philosophy is based strongly on her conviction that many, though not all, of our stressors can be avoided with practical insight and a good plan of action. She is a long time member of Toastmasters International and Miami-Dade/Kingston Sister Cities International. Siddy Coakley is a strong believer in family and friends.
