C. K. SHARPE enjoys a big cup of hot coffee, a roaring fire, and a great inspirational book. She has brought her love of the written word to many aspects of her life: from school and local newspapers to writing devotionals and a Bible study.

She currently resides in Georgia with her husband, Tom. She has two grown children, is the proud grandmother of seven, and is the owner of a loving Keeshond that is always at her side.
Her gift of faith has enabled her to be an encourager and doer of the Word. She spent many years as a Sunday school teacher, an advocate in children and teen grief ministries, and a participant in community outreach projects that encouraged others to put their trust and hope in Jesus, no matter their current circumstance. As a volunteer for several worthy organizations during her life, she has shared biblical principles through Bible studies for mothers and written vignettes for children. This support helped them to connect, build character, and make a difference in their community and schools.

She has found that joy through Jesus Christ really does begin in the heart. Through Him, she is living an abundant and satisfying life.
