The Death of Spring tells the story of Vincenzo, an Italian immigrant, who searched for the American dream only to find the harsh realities of life in the coal camps.

1900: America, the land of opportunity. For many immigrants it meant death in the struggle between workers and the company. The dreams of Vicenzo, an Italian immigrant, began dying with the death of his older brother and blended into the nightmares that were the mining camps of Southern Colorado.
