Part 2 is an eclectic group of poems by Papa. Part 3 are the Japanese poems, Haiku, especially the styles of Tanka and Haibun, written by Harris Vemick. "Paul and Papa" is a book for the generations because of the innocence reflected by the work of Paul, now in the early part of his first generation of life, and the emotions found in the work of Harris, now living in his third generation.
