Rojay Moore has a passion and deep love for working with young brothers of all backgrounds. He says, "It is my life. I wake up every morning just to live for it. People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care. I care too much about them now, because I care too much about their future." Rojay Moore, at this writing, is band director at Ridgeroad Middle Charter School in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
