The author was born 85 plus years ago in Coshocton, Ohio. He attended grade and high school in Ohio and Indiana, graduating high school in Indiana. He attended a mid-western college until he enlisted in the Naval Air Force during WW2. He served until the end of the war then returned to college. He studied Physics and Math, turned to engineering. He pursued his engineering career til retirement a few years back. He and Mary, his wife of 62 (?) yrs, now live next to a small lake surrounded by trees in central Ohio. (they are both very fond of trees of all kinds} They have six children, eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. His hobbies include traveling, golf, fishing, camping, chess, writing, listening to other peoples stories, reading, attending all the many grandchildren, great-grandchildren events.
