Biographie de l'auteur

James Cagle grew up in the New Orleans area and graduated from three of Louisiana's universities. His interest and research in the history of Louisiana lead to the discovery of a forgotten hero, Alejandro O'Reilly. James decided to tell Alejandro's story along with the stories of his associates in a manner that would surpass the dry reading of history by bringing in the emotions of characters living during the period. The present novel, Code O'Reilly, continues the saga of O'Reilly from the conclusion of my previous novel, Governor General, A Novel of Louisiane.
