But the deal goes wrong and he tries to kill John.

Biographie de l'auteur

I was born and raised in Lake City, South Carolina, and went to school there. I worked on my granddaddy's farm as a boy. I got married in 1980 and went to work at Wellmen in 1983. It was a big wool mill in Johnsonville. A short time later, we moved there so we wouldn't have to drive forty miles a day to work and back. I worked at Wellmen for five years. Then I started driving eighteen-wheelers because the money was a lot better. But I was gone a lot. I have been in trucking for twenty-five years and have had two trucks of my own, which I sold because I got tired of being gone for weeks at a time. Now I want to become a writer so I can stay at home more and make some good money.
