Biographie de l'auteur

Born in Spanish Town, St. Catherine, Jamaica, Nailah A. Maudisa is a preschool teacher and a spoken word poet. She has been writing poetry for ten years, and has been performing in the North East for two years. Her artistic skill as a writer stems from her background in English and her ability to use effective word play. A graduate of South Carolina State Universtiy, Nailah has a B.A. in English, and is currently teaching in Paterson, NJ.
