Phil Holmes is the Managing Director of Resonate Consulting - the UK's most innovative consultancy - which specialises in developing "authentic" businesses and "authentic" people. Phil was formerly CEO of the MindStore Group - the UK's leading personal development company. He has held a number of operational and consultancy roles within the Technology and Finance Industries. He has worked as a consultant in the fields of Corporate Strategy, Organisational Performance and Change & Transition for banks based in the UK, the USA, Australia and New Zealand. He has been responsible for Global Change & Transition within a multi-national banking group, and he has also been responsible for Business Strategy & Performance for technology services company in Europe. Phil lives with his wife and daughter in the West of Scotland.
